At Pinnacle Labradoodles, our dogs are our family.

We are currently accepting applications for Guardian Home Program. A guardian home is where one of our Pinnacle Labradoodle dogs or puppies are chosen for our breeding program and lives with an amazing family as their forever pet. Guardian Homes are an essential part of our breeding program as it ensures that all of our precious breeding dogs receive individualized care, love, and attention.

Pinnacle Labradoodles retains all breeding rights for all males and females and the guardian family gets the "pick of the litter" pet for no charge. You'll have the benefit of knowing your puppy is one that we have considered to be the very best. We just don't keep any puppy for breeding, so you can be confident that the puppy you receive from our Guardian Home program shows all the qualities we are looking to pass down to future generations.

The Australian Labradoodle dog or puppy will live with you and come to Pinnacle for required tests, when it is time to be bred, and when she is ready to have her puppies. Breeding expenses and health testing pertinent to breeding will be the responsibility of Pinnacle Labradoodles.
HOW TO QUALIFY
CLOSE PROXIMITY
Guardian family must live within a 100 mile radius of San Antonio, TX
OPEN COMMUNICATION
Committed to maintain open lines of communication with Pinnacle with any matter related to dog/puppy. Provides a monthly update of dog/puppy at the first of every month.
CONTACT UPDATE
Notify Pinnacle of new contact information in the event of a new telephone, e-mail, or address change.
SAFE ENVIORNMENT
Provide a safe environment that includes a fenced yard
FOLLOW OUR HEALTHCARE SCHEDULE
A willingness to accept and follow Pinnacle's recommendations for the dog/puppy's basic health care and veterinarian care (i.e. vaccines schedules, use of certain medicines). Transport to Pinnacle for additional health testing for approx. one week at 9 months of age, but also upon Pinnacle's discretion of date.
COMPANIONSHIP
Guardian family must have at least one adult family member at home at least 1/2 of the time (i.e. work at home, retired, etc.)
HIGH QUALITY FOOD
Guardian family must feed a high quality dog food such as Victor, Purina Pro Plan, or other approved food.
HEALTHCARE & GROOMING
Guardian family must consult with Pinnacle regarding healthcare and regular grooming
TRAINING & SOCIALIZATION
Guardian family is to provide basic and intermediate obedience training, through a group class or individual trainer. Must ensure that guardian dog/puppy is leash trained, potty trained, crate trained, and well socialized. Special incentive to families who obtain Canine Good Citizen.
A LOVING FAMILY
Upon completion/fulfillment of the guardian home contract, the dog will be spayed/neutered, and ownership will be transferred from Pinnacle Labradoodles to guardian home.
